Food always comes out quick and hot. Staff is fast paced. The place is usually kept clean, I go here a lot with my family.
I visited Houston for the weekend on a cold rainy day Pho Ben was phenomenal. The service was extremely fast and it was packkeeed out and line out the door. My biggest take away from Pho Ben was the white meat chicken pho which is one if the items I ordered. The CHICKEN HAD FLAVOR and i loved it. Most pho I've had is just plain unflavored which i don't mind but Pho Ben just opened my taste buds to a whole new level.
Amazing as usual! Love the atmosphere abs the pho is top tier. Service could have been a little better. Waiter forgot our egg rolls and refills on drinks. But not too bad.
I have been coming to pho Ben for years and the food never disappoints. I usually get the 15 or 16 and it's always tasty. The food comes out quick as well. I will just say that the servers could be more attentive because my drink was empty and I unfortunately grabbed the attention of a worker on her lunch break who flagged down my server. Also the points don't transfer between locations. They're a bit skimpy on the sides for the pho. But overall I will continue coming to this restaurant
Everything was great and service was fast. My bun with shrimp and an egg roll was tasty. My child's beef noodle soup was mostly noodles and my son likes broth. It was still a good deal. Egg roll was delicious and we drank his soda.
This establishment has become one of our favorites because of its convenient location near the freeway. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. We hope to see them smile more often. We've been visiting this spot for quite some time now, but this is the first time we've felt compelled to leave a review. The food here is exceptional, and their Pho is simply outstanding. The subtle blend of aromatic spices and savory broth is something we can't get enough of. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Pho Ben is just that friend in your friend group that keeps it simple, minimalist, and down to her roots and most importantly, is consistent every. Single. Time. I ordered three banh mi's and a spring roll to go for my family and it was ready instantly, $30, and easily checked out at the register with no hassle. All packaged perfectly and ready to go It's also such a easy, reliable, cozy place for my Bible study to meet up and the food is alwayssss a HIT!!! Thanks pho Ben for everything.
First time coming here in a long day and I'm very impressed! It was fully packed when I came on a Saturday afternoon. I waited for about 15-20 min for a party of 4. Service was pretty good and food came out quick. The prices here are great! It's not expensive at all. I love the cafe sua da here. I definitely will be coming back if I'm in the sugar land area !
